Life is finite, and remembering that helps me let go of anxieties like approval or fear of failure. When I focus on what truly matters, everything else fades into the background.

2️⃣ Control What You Can
Life fits into two buckets: things you can control and things you can’t. Energy spent on what you can’t control is wasted. Instead, I pour my efforts into my actions, my effort, and my attitude—and let the rest work itself out.

3️⃣ Ideas Into Action
The Stoics didn’t just philosophize; they acted. Reading, learning, and reflecting mean little if you don’t test your ideas in the real world. Action is where the magic happens!
