Q&A ABOUT JOINING RE/MAX CAMOSUN

Q: I am interested in learning more about RE/MAX but I don’t want my current brokerage or colleagues to know I am exploring my options - How do you navigate that?

We take your confidentiality very seriously. Our process is designed give you a comprehensive overview of our value proposition without signalling to the market you might be making a change. We start with a exploratory call with our Agent CARE Coordinator, and from there we set up a meeting with Braden for meeting either offsite, online or in the office if your comfortable with that. You will be provided with recordings of some of our past sales meeting or training sessions. You’re even welcome to attend a session in person to get a feel for our group.

Q: I am concerned that the change could disrupt my business with having to change over my marketing, etc - What does that look like?

A: Our goal is simple, the move shouldn’t disrupt your business, it should propel it! We create a comprehensive Transition Plan with our Agent Care team that we work on weeks (or even months) before your license transfers to our brokerage to ensure a smooth move.
